FLEXIBLE RATE

A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation.

There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 14:00 GMT 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the full length of the stay booked will be charged. In the case of an early check out, the full length of stay booked will be charged.

PREPAID RATE

Full payment is required at time of booking.

Your reservation is non-transferable.  If you cancel, the forfeit amount will be 100 percent.

GROUP BOOKINGS

To reserve four or more rooms, a non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation (in full or in part) within fourteen days of the arrival date will incur full charges.

In the case of a no-show or an early check out, the full length of stay booked will be charged automatically.
